Shipping & returns

The short version: we ship fast, pack with care, and make it right if anything goes wrong.

Shipping

• Where: we currently ship within the United States, from [YOUR CITY, STATE].
• Cost: flat $6.95 per order — and FREE on orders over $59.99.
• When: orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days. USPS typically delivers 2–5 business days later.
• Tracking: you'll get an email with a tracking link the moment your order ships.

Returns & exchanges

• Changed your mind? No problem — contact us within 14 days of delivery. Unused items in original condition can be returned for a refund of the item price (return postage is on you, original shipping isn't refundable).
• Arrived damaged or wrong? That's on us. Send a photo within 7 days and we'll replace it or refund you in full — no need to mail anything back.
• Sale items & custom pieces: final sale unless they arrive damaged.

The fine print, kindly

• Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days of approval.
• If a package goes missing in transit, contact us — we'll work it out with the carrier so you don't have to.
